Q2. Does OENUM make custom-fit covers or universal-fit covers?

OENUM makes model-specific covers. Universal covers are cut to approximate dimensions and almost always leave gaps or bunch up at the edges. Our covers are patterned to the exact body profile of each car model including the hood contour, door edges, side mirrors, and rear so the cover sits flush and stays in place.

Q3. My car has a body kit, roof rack, or raised spoiler. Will the cover still fit?

Modifications like tinted windows, alloys, or lowered suspension do not affect fit since the cover drapes over the body panels. Roof racks, roof rails, or extended spoilers can change the roofline dimension. If your car has any raised roof additions, contact us before ordering and we will confirm compatibility.

Yes. Body type is factored into every pattern. An SUV has a higher roofline and wider shoulder. A hatchback drops sharply at the rear. A sedan has a longer, lower boot. Yes. Cars with a traditional rod-style antenna need a dedicated antenna pocket on the cover so the fabric does not press down and bend it or leave a gap at that point. Using and Caring for Your Cover

Start from the front of the car, place the cover over the roof, and pull it down towards the front bumper and rear bumper simultaneously. Align the mirror pockets with your side mirrors and tuck the hemline under the bumpers. The whole process takes under two minutes once you have done it a few times.

Replacements and Exchanges

OENUM does not offer returns. However if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or a quality issue, we offer a replacement with the same product within 7 days of delivery.

Only manufacturing defects or quality defects in the product qualify for a replacement. This includes issues like fabric damage, stitching defects, or structural faults that are present at the time of delivery. Fitment issues due to incorrect car details entered at the time of ordering do not qualify.

Contact us on WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the defect. We will review and confirm eligibility. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup and dispatch the replacement.

Q4. Does OENUM arrange reverse pickup for replacements?

Yes. For approved replacement requests OENUM arranges reverse pickup from your address. You do not need to visit a courier office or bear any shipping cost.

We do not offer refunds. For eligible defect cases, the resolution is a replacement with the exact same product. No other exchange or substitution is offered.

Q6. Can I exchange my cover for a different variant or model?

No. Exchanges are strictly limited to replacements of the same product in cases of manufacturing or quality defects only. Variant or model changes are not accommodated under the exchange policy.

Q7. I used the cover and noticed a defect later. Does it still qualify?

Contact us with your order number, photos of the defect, and the date of delivery. We assess defect cases individually. Defects that are clearly manufacturing in origin will be considered even if discovered shortly after initial use.
